Through funding from the Commonwealth Government, the Centre provides agency assistance to those receiving Centrelink benefits. We provide online help, referrals to Centrelink specialist services, lodgement of forms, copy identity documents, assist with Centre Pay applications and other general enquiries. No payments are made by this agency and decisions about your payments, reviews, assessment, variations to your payments and the issue of concession cards are dealt with by Centrelink, not this agency.
Our Customer Service Officer, Ian Truswell can also assist you to apply for NILS (a No Interest Loan Scheme).
The agency operates upstairs at the Casterton Town Hall on Tuesdays 9am to 1pm and Wednesdays & Thursdays 9am to 12 noon.
